I wanted to say that the complete lock/unlock is great but if someone pay's there rent it automatically recommends that you unlock. Problem with that is what if a customer still has an out standing balance like late fee's or a lien charge, it still says to unlock. To me this seen like a problem. As long as a customer has a balance they should stay overlocked until paid, and once paid in full then my be unlocked. Is there a way to fix this.
